By accessing or using Lavender Marriage, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register or use the platform.
• You may maintain only one active account at a time.
• You must provide truthful information to the best of your knowledge.

Lavender Marriage is an independent community platform that helps consenting adults discover and connect with other members.

It is not a matrimonial agency, marriage bureau, dating guarantee, legal service, counselling service, or relationship adviser. We facilitate introductions only.

Profile details are provided directly by users. This may include sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, marital status, occupation, education, location, relationship preferences, intentions, interests, and other personal information.

Lavender Marriage does not independently verify every self-declared detail. For example, verification cannot confirm whether a person's stated sexual orientation, religion, occupation, marital status, or relationship intentions are true.

Users should communicate openly and independently verify any information that is important before making personal, financial, legal, or life decisions.

Users must not provide false, misleading, impersonated, or deliberately deceptive information.

Providing false information may result in rejection, suspension, deactivation, or permanent removal of the account.

• Email addresses and Instagram IDs are not shown on public profiles.
• Contact details may be revealed only after mutual interest, according to the platform's matching system.
• Users must not share another member's private information without permission.

Each user is responsible for:

• Using their own judgment when interacting with others.
• Protecting personal and financial information.
• Verifying important claims independently.
• Making informed decisions about meetings and commitments.
• Reporting suspicious, abusive, or unsafe behaviour.

Lavender Marriage welcomes people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, religions, castes, cultures, and backgrounds. Members must treat one another with dignity and respect.

The following behaviour is prohibited:

• Harassment, threats, stalking, intimidation, or abuse.
• Hate speech, discrimination, or degrading conduct.
• Impersonation, fake accounts, scams, or fraud.
• Sharing private information without permission.
• Pressuring, coercing, or manipulating another person.
• Using the platform for unlawful or harmful activity.

Users must not use Lavender Marriage for fraud, blackmail, extortion, financial scams, coercion, exploitation, threats, or any unlawful activity.

Accounts suspected of such behaviour may be suspended or removed. Where legally required, relevant information may be shared with appropriate authorities.

Lavender Marriage does not guarantee compatibility, successful matches, friendships, relationships, marriages, safety, or any particular outcome.

Application approval does not mean that every detail provided by a member has been independently verified. Approval is not an endorsement or guarantee of that person.

Users are responsible for taking reasonable safety precautions before meeting or sharing personal information with another member.

Take your time. Do not allow anyone to pressure you into quick decisions, financial commitments, marriage, travel, or sharing sensitive information.

The ₹30 application fee is a platform processing fee and does not guarantee approval, a match, or any relationship outcome.

Users should never send money to another member solely because they met through Lavender Marriage.

Lavender Marriage may review reports and may reject, suspend, deactivate, or permanently remove profiles that appear fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, inactive, or in violation of these Terms.

Administrative decisions may be made to protect the community and the platform.

Lavender Marriage provides a platform for introductions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lavender Marriage and its administrator are not responsible for user disputes, false statements, financial loss, emotional harm, unlawful acts, personal injury, or other loss arising from interactions between users.

Users may deactivate their profile through the account page. Requests concerning account or data deletion may be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

These Terms may be updated when the platform, its features, or its policies change. Continued use of Lavender Marriage after an update means you accept the latest version.
